Payment | The payment for your event is due at the time of booking.
Rescheduling Your Event | Events can be rescheduled anytime up to one week before your event date.
Canceling Your Event | Events can be cancelled anytime up to one week before your session date and you will receive a full refund. Sessions that are cancelled the week of the session will not receive a refund, as the photographer will have already been paid for reserving the day for your event.

Type Of Coverage | Candid Event Coverage. The style of coverage will be unposed, fly-on-the-wall photography of naturally occurring activities/formalities of the function and candid photography of the attendees/guests. We will take detail oriented pictures of your event, action photographs of the guests/attendees, and action photographs of the formalities of your function as they naturally occur. Please inquire within if your event requires a full light/studio setup for pictures/groupings and/or posed pictures to be photographed, as this is a different type of coverage with different pricing that can be added to your event.
Add-On Options to Event Coverage | We offer a fun Open Air Photo Booth, as well as a Full Lighting Setup with Backdrop for you and your guests/attendees. We also offer printing onsite/at event printing. Inquire within.

Enhanced Pictures | All pictures are edited for look/feel, exposure, brightness, contrast, and other effects. Traditional Retouching is also available to order through your online gallery.
Traditional Retouching | Traditional retouching can be added to any picture in your gallery though the shopping cart. Traditional retouching is blending of skin tones, the removal of blemishes & fly away hairs, and the softening of laugh lines. Extensive retouching is also available. High Resolution Files | Event coverage includes the high resolution picture files. The pictures are copyright released.
Online Gallery | Event coverage includes a beautiful, private, password protected gallery for viewing and downloading your high resolution picture files. It is accessible with any device. You can share your gallery access information with family, friends, and wedding guests, to download pictures for free. There is a shopping cart available through your gallery. Professional prints, as well as, traditional retouching and coffee table albums are available to order through the gallery.
Prints | We are a client of the preeminent photography laboratory in the USA. Our pictures are printed by artists on archival papers through chemicals, rather than by machines and ink jet printers found at amateur labs such as Costco and Shutterfly. Another benefit of using a professional lab is that they do not auto-correct the sharpness and color of our picture files leading to unflattering over – sharpened or blurry pictures with discoloring of skin tones.
